Everything was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities were very clean. The kids loved the pool and slide, which the staff turned on for them after hours. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

Housekeeping needs to improve with daily room cleaning!!! The elevator service felt sluggish, and I faced numerous issues with my room key!!! It’s annoying when walls are soundproof but doors let noise through!!!

The evening pool slide was a highlight for my kids, but loud guests disrupted our night. The staff was friendly, working hard to manage complaints and keep up with the breakfast mess.

The stay had both highs and lows. The kids enjoyed the pool area, providing them a fun experience, but we were disturbed by noise from other guests during the night. Additionally, the cleanliness of the comforter raised some concerns. Overall, it's great for families, but noise control and cleanliness should be improved.

A rollercoaster of a stay

The staff was exceptional, always ready to help with a smile, and the free ice water and coffee made my mornings refreshing.

Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was disappointing, as many items ran out early, leaving guests with limited choices.

The pool area was a fun experience for my kids.

After requesting towels, I waited 45 minutes and had to call again for them. Furthermore, every morning the maids left their garbage cart right at my door, which was incredibly frustrating.

my stay at this hotel was fantastic, as it allowed me to easily visit beautiful spots like the aurora arboretum, just about 3 km away, and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants like the keg steakhouse, which was only 1.5 km from the hotel.

The breakfast was presented well, with plenty of options like hash browns, but the layout could use improvement. it tends to get cramped during busy times. Furthermore, the proximity to a grocery store was convenient, though the location was inconvenient for my travel plans and led to a rushed stay.

It was just a great match for a city trip in Aurora with best value for money ratio. The staff were super accommodating, quickly addressing a minor issue we had with the coffee maker in our room. Make sure to check the breakfast timing to avoid the rush.

Our stay at Microtel was very positive. The pool area was a highlight for my kids, providing them with a fun experience. The breakfast offerings were adequate, although there could be improvements in the timing of restocking. I appreciated having a comfortable room with nice beds and good television. Overall, the property met my expectations, and I plan to stay again.

The comfy two queen beds and the fun water slide made our stay so enjoyable. We really appreciated the clean rooms!
